Tawau Airport is the closest aviation hub to our location. You can catch direct domestic flights from Kuala Lumpur via AirAsia. Alternatively, travelers often connect through Kota Kinabalu using regional carriers before taking the short hop to Tawau.
The drive from Tawau Airport to Semporna takes nearly two hours. You will find plenty of private taxis alongside shared vans waiting at the arrival terminal. Semporna town acts as the primary departure point for all offshore journeys in this region.
We provide a complimentary boat ride from the main jetty right to your doorstep. Please share your flight details with our team beforehand. This helps us ensure a boat is ready and waiting upon your arrival.
Secure Tawau flights well in advance since seats sell out fast during peak seasons.
Carry Malaysian Ringgit in cash. ATMs exist in town but are unavailable at our property.

Only 5 chalets in the whole resort which made the whole experience feel completely private. The sea below the chalet is aquarium-clear and the coral is so rich you can see clownfish from the balcony without any equipment. No other water houses blocking the view in any direction. Staff were attentive and the food was genuinely very good. A special place.

The boat ride takes about 30 minutes from town and the arrival is stunning. The water here is clear and full of life. Coral and clownfish were visible directly below the chalet floor. The large platform is perfect for photography. Staff were very helpful and the meals were tasty. With only 5 rooms the atmosphere was beautifully quiet throughout.

An exceptional overwater stay. The water is so clear it genuinely feels like being suspended over an aquarium. Clownfish and coral were right there beneath the deck. The unobstructed views in every direction are something you only get when there are so few rooms. Food was delicious and staff were warm and professional. A resort I will return to.
Hong Kong
Chose this resort because of the small number of rooms and it was the right call. The privacy is remarkable. The sea below is full of coral and clownfish visible without snorkeling gear. The large platform gave us wonderful photos. The staff here are genuinely attentive and the food they prepared was among the best we had during our whole trip.

I traveled alone and stayed for four nights. The resort was comfortable, quiet and the staff made a solo guest feel genuinely welcome. The marine life visible directly from the deck is remarkable. Clownfish and large coral formations right there below you. The photography platform was excellent. Would not hesitate to return or recommend this place.

The water below the rooms is extraordinarily clear and the coral life is dense and healthy. The large platform was ideal for catching the light at different times of day.
